During the Brain Awareness Week held from 13th to 14th of March, our lab was buzzing with activity and engagement. István delivered an insightful talk titled 'Brain Electrodes', captivating the audience with the latest advancements and applications in this field.

Meanwhile, the rest of our team was equally busy conducting interactive workshops. We delved into the 'Investigation of Brain Waves', where participants could understand the intricacies of neural oscillations. The 'Games Controlled by Brain Waves' workshop was a hit, showcasing how brain-computer interfaces can translate neural activity into actions within a game environment.

For those interested in the microscopic world, we offered a workshop on 'Nissl Staining', demonstrating this classic technique to visualize neurons within brain tissue. This was complemented by sessions on 'Light Microscopy of Brain Tissue', providing a closer look at the cellular architecture that underpins our cognitive functions.

Lastly, we explored the 'Evolution of the Brain', tracing the fascinating journey of neural development across different species and epochs. Each session was designed to be informative and engaging, fostering a deeper appreciation for the complexities of the brain.
